We are dedicated to managing and minimising our environmental impact through a structured approach, demonstrated by our certification to the globally recognised ISO 14001 environmental management standard. This framework drives our commitment to continual improvement across our operations.

Energy efficiency

Our modern Hatfield facility achieves an EPC rating of A, signifying the highest standards of energy performance.

Carbon management

Contributing to the An Post Group’s ambitious carbon emissions goals, we closely track our Scope 1, 2, and operational Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions (guided by ISO 14064 standard). This detailed tracking allows us to understand our carbon footprint, identify areas for improvement and focus our efforts on reducing emissions, particularly in logistics activities.

Client transparency

Our emissions tracking enables us to provide clients with bespoke reports detailing the greenhouse gas footprint associated with the services we provide for them. In addition, we actively support our clients’ sustainability initiatives by engaging with their surveys and participating in their forums, ensuring open collaboration every step of the way.

Beyond energy and emissions, we are focused on responsible resource use and waste management throughout our operations.

Our ongoing partnership with Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice is a core part of this commitment. We have proudly supported their invaluable work by providing complimentary distribution for their promotional materials to help raise awareness, as well as donating directly to support their life-changing services for children and families.

We look forward to expanding this partnership and exploring further avenues for positive community impact, including upcoming staff volunteering opportunities.
